We’ve had a great weekend running Search for Speed tests at the Stony Creek MiSCA race! Nick got first place for Junior men with a 1687. 💪 🚲

This year, the 2026 USA Cycling Masters & Paracycling Track National Championships took place August 5–9 at the Colorado Springs Velodrome in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mad Track Arena was proudly represented by Brian Jankowski, Charles Moore, and Ron Gaynier.

Brian Jankowski had an incredible first Nationals experience, taking 1st place in the Kilo Time Trial, 5th place and a bronze medal in the Scratch Race, and 4th place and a bronze medal in the Points Race. What an amazing showing for his first time competing at Nationals!

Charles Moore had an outstanding weekend as well. He took 2nd place in the 200m Sprint, breaking the age group American Record along the way and still finishing 2nd in an incredibly tough field! He also earned 3rd place and a bronze medal in the Pursuit, finished 4th and a bronze medal in the 500m, and 6th in the Scratch Race. Great job, Charles!

We are incredibly proud of Brian, Charles, and Ron for representing Mad Track Arena on the national stage. Congratulations to all three of you! 🏆🚴‍♂️

Our 25+ Thursday Adult Skate has been growing steadily, and we’re excited to have DJDEON taking over the music every Thursday throughout August.

Expect a diverse mix of music, plenty of room to roll, and a more laid-back vibe than our 21+ Monday sessions. Thursdays have quickly become one of our favorite nights, and if you haven’t checked it out yet, now’s the perfect time to see what you’ve been missing.

This week, Charles Moore, Brian Jankowski, and Ron Gaynier will represent Mad Track Arena at the 2026 USA Cycling Masters & Paracycling Track National Championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The championships will be held at the USOPC Velodrome, a 333.33-meter indoor track that’s twice the size of our home track. While the racing will be faster and the track bigger, the indoor dome atmosphere should feel familiar. Charles returns to Nationals with previous podium finishes and will be looking to add more medals to his collection. For Brian and Ron, this marks their first-ever Masters National Championships, an incredible accomplishment and the next step in their cycling journeys. The entire Mad Track Arena community is behind you. Good luck, Charles, Brian, and Ron! Race hard, enjoy every moment, and make us proud! 🇺🇸🚴

Kash Adamski’s hard work continues to pay off, and the results speak for themselves! 🚴🇺🇸

Kash started racing at Mad Track Arena (at that time Lexus Velodrome) as a 12-year-old mountain biker. Since then, he’s grown into one of the top junior cyclists in the country.

His accomplishments include:
🏆 Multiple-time USA Cycling National Champion in Track, Road, and Time Trial
🥇 2026 Junior Track National Champion in the Omnium,, Tempo Race, Points Race, Individual Pursuit and Team Pursuit
🇺🇸 Set a new Track Record in the 3,000m Individual Pursuit at 3:25.372
🌍 Competed in the Junior Paris-Roubaix and earned victories racing in Europe

Next up: the 2026 UCI Junior Road World Championships in Montreal this September!

A huge congratulations to Emma Jimenez Palos on qualifying for the 2026 UCI Junior Track World Championships! 🌎🚴🇺🇸

"Team USA will be represented by two junior women competing across the endurance disciplines. Eighteen-year-old Emma Jimenez Palos (Miami, Fla.; City Bikes Miami Racing) returns to defend her UCI World title in the Scratch Race after an outstanding performance in 2025, where she also claimed silver in the Individual Pursuit and finished fifth in the Omnium. She will also partner with 18-year-old Rue Tomko (Bellevue, Wash.; Jerry Baker Juniors) in the Madison. Tomko will contest three events in Limburg, competing in the Madison alongside Jimenez Palos while also taking on the Points Race and Elimination Race."
