Our Middle and High Schoolers are trying something a little different this year - two squads! Junior racing team and youth development team will both be working hard to grow in leadership, teamwork, and, of course, in their rowing, but the time commitment looks a little different.

We can’t believe the support we’ve received over this challenge. We had 3 generous donors offer to match donations AND we got an additional $2500 from Rocket for being in the top 5 organizations based on donation amount. That means DBCC received $21,070 just in one week! You all are INCREDIBLE!
Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. This is what teamwork and pulling together look like!

Our rec squad needs coach megaphones and a cox box! These tools will help coaches provide more guidance, keep the crews safer, and help our coxswains communicate more effectively throughout practice.

Our masters team needs some additional sculling oars and stroke (speed) coaches! These tools help us get more people on the water even when we don’t have coxswains.
