We had SO much fun welcoming our friends from Otto Orthodontics into F45 Des Peres tonight! 🏋️‍♀️

Dr. Otto and some of her amazing team traded in their hot pink sneakers for a little strength training with us!

One of the best parts of owning a small business is getting to know and support the incredible businesses right here in our own community.

My daughter and I, along with many of our F45 members, are proud to be Otto patients. They provide excellent care and have an incredible team!

Toni was set to reach this milestone earlier in the year, but a major knee injury put it on hold. We are so happy to have her (& her karaoke skills) back in class! She is always full of energy, laughter and determination to work hard… and chat even harder 😜
