Gamified group fitness classes

🥇Details for our upcoming evening classes🏅
Week 1 of our September class is going to run a Dungeon Crawl scenario.

We are happy to point out that this was inspired by a participant in our current class!

Players will work in teams to develop a dungeon that requires exercise to get through.

Teams will see who can create the best dungeon in a limited amount of time. Round two, teams flip sides and work through their rival's dungeon. Victory goes to the team that completes their rival's dungeon the fastest!

We've got a lot of work to do before we run this one, but we are excited for our September class.

Check out the other weeks here!

We recently discovered just how effective chalk is for our outdoor classes. Rather than buying enough to last us till winter when we shift indoors, we decided to buy a years worth of chalk. Or maybe this won't last a year.

Either way, we love chalk and wanted you to know.

It's important to look back at where you started. This was in 2025 our first playtest for Siege.

We've come a long way since then and are excited for where we are going with gamified group fitness!

We ran our new Dragon Attack scenario. This was inspired by a participant in the Sprint class we ran last month. We have a few tweaks we will make to it for next time but overall, we are happy with how it panned out. Lots of fun and everyone was quite tired!

A big aspect of Siege Conditioning is converting the theme of the scenario into the exercises. With that in mind, something that is iconic with dragons is flight. In order to hit a dragon with a catapult, you'll need to aim HIGH into the air.

In order to simulate that, we added a high bar to our equipment for a conditional height requirement when attacking dragon.

For all intents and purposes, it worked very well. Next week is our Castle Building scenario, and we are excited to see how that plays out!

If you missed the deadline to sign up for our Saturday morning class, send us a message and we can get you sorted out. We are a go for another 4 week series which will focus on strength and cardio.

These workouts have been a game changer for people who are looking for something new, or looking to get started in their fitness journey.

Looking to the future, we are planning on an evening class in mid September, let us know if you'd like a message when that class is live!

First Siege Conditioning Sprint series is wrapping up this Saturday morning! We had 9 people sign up and start their weekends off strong. It was an awesome class to run, from what we've gathered in feedback, our participants loved it.

We are excited to run a new series called "General Strength" that will begin August 15th at 8am at Hoover High School parking lot in dsm. This class will be a mix of cardio, and Strength training. Core idea is: Feel stronger and go further.

We are excited to have week 1 be a participant inspired scenario. We are planning to work with them to see what ways we can bring their idea to life!

Link to the class, we'd love to have ya!

We ran our 2nd of 4 cardio classes this morning. We called this one Supply Lines.

Players build a line, similar to ticket to ride, to medicine balls, and then connect up to the corner cones.

One of the fun elements of this scenario is if 1 team crosses over the opponent's supply line, they need a crossing guard.

In order to cross over, a crossing guard must hold a side plank until the other player(s) are done crossing.

This was a fun one, that had a good amount of strategy involved. We are going to tweak some elements of the scenario, but will plan to use in the future.
