What an incredible week it was for our DMI Dance Force 2026 Competitive Team at Nationals in St. Pete!
We are beyond proud of every single dancer who stepped onto that national stage and gave it everything they had. Competing at the national level means pushing yourself against some of the very best, and our dancers rose to the challenge with heart, determination, and power!
We were so honored to have EIGHT routines that advanced to the Final Showdown— an incredible accomplishment that is NOT easy!
Congratulations to: So Fancy, Get Big, Daisy’s Divas, The Rose, Lil’ Mermaid Production, Squabble Up, Bow Down, and Crown! To every dancer in these routines, you fought hard, danced your hearts out, and represented DMI with pride. We couldn’t be more proud of you!
A HUGE congratulations to our “Bow Down” dancers for earning the Final Showdown NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP title! What an incredible honor! Congratulations Rihanna, Malea, Delanee, Kennedy, Izzy M., Amyha, Kinsley B., Nina, and Celia. Your hard work, dedication, and performance paid off in the biggest way!
We also want to celebrate our special Judges Choice Award recipients… awards that were personally selected by the judges: Kinsley Blondowski, Emmy Siglin, Crenity & Kaylee Carmona, and Welcome to Wonderland! These recognitions are truly special, and we are so proud of each of you!
Most importantly, we want every dancer and family to know how proud we are of ALL of our DMI dancers. The awards and titles are exciting, but what matters most is the growth, resilience, teamwork, and memories that were made along the way. Thank you for representing DMI dance force AND Iowa with talent, class, and heart. What a way to close out Season 20. We are forever proud of our DMI family! 💖✨🏆 FANTASTIC WORK! SHELL YEAH!

We are SO excited to announce that these incredible DMI Dance Force dancers have been selected to perform during HALFTIME of the Kansas City Chiefs Preseason Home Opener against the Los Angeles Rams on Saturday, August 15 at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium! What an unforgettable opportunity to dance on one of the biggest stages in football! We couldn’t be more proud of these talented young dancers and can’t wait to cheer them on as they represent DMI! GO CHIEFS!!!!!!

What a truly magical recital weekend it was celebrating 20 years!
From our tiniest dancers stepping on stage to our seniors taking their final bow, every single moment was filled with smiles, sparkle, laughter, happy tears, and unforgettable memories! We are so grateful to our dancers, families, staff, alumni, and supporters who helped make our 20th Anniversary Recital so special!
