The Des Moines Ballroom works with professional and amateur instructors to provide the "best of the best" for dancing instruction. Working with instructors from "Step in to Swing", "Salsa Des Moines", and ballroom instructors that have been trained from nationally recognized coaches, we offer top of the industry training in Des Moines.

In this 8-week course, you’ll continue building your skills in:

⭐ Rumba
⭐ East Coast Swing
This class is designed for dancers who have completed Rhythm 1 and have an understanding of the fundamentals. You’ll build on what you’ve already learned with new patterns, improved technique, and increased confidence on the dance floor.
In this video, Joey shares what you can expect in Rhythm 2, followed by a dance demonstration from Joey and Sam so you can see these dances in action!
