Free monthly women's open mat that rotates among BJJ gyms in central Iowa - 3rd Sunday of every month Women ages 14 & up are always welcome.

Our friends in eastern Iowa are hosting a community women's open mat at Tipping Point Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Cedar Rapids on Saturday, July 25! All belts/ranks and affiliations are welcome!!!
We *are* having an open mat in July! It will be on Sunday July 19th at Zura Jiu Jitsu in Marshalltown (start time is 2pm). Link to event in the comments!
We will not have open mat in June, but we will return in July!
Many of the regular attendees have conflicts on June 21 - it’s Father’s Day and also Championship fights day at the TBAs (muay thai tournament in Des Moines).
If you are looking for some good rolls on June 21, No Coast BJJ in Urbandale has a women-only class at 1pm that day.
