The happiest of birthdays to our rockstar employee, Amanda! She is my side kick on the business admin side and has come such a long way in her martial arts journey.

This weekend, we participated in the annual parade for the 4th of July! This video shows all of the fun we had on Saturday, and has all of the major highlights such as decorating the car, letting the crowd kick paddles, and advertising the school.

BEMA made history yesterday to bring home our 1st Gold Medal in Kyrougi at USA Nationals.
Gomez, I dont think you know exactly how proud the team and I are of how you performed and the mindset you created for yourself. You kept your cool on a couple of heated moments and because of that, you were able to make your dream into reality.
Give it up for the Red Belt Gold Medalist. RED BELT ROW!!!!!

This weeks classes are going great with Ms. Bonnie, and Mr. Fecteau! We are appreciative of your time watching over the school while the team represents the state of Iowa.
