We all step onto the mat for different reasons. We go when we are stuck in our heads, when we need grounding, or when we are simply seeking clarity in a disconnected world.
The mat is our personal sanctuary, but it is also where we build the resilience needed to show up for our community.
On Sunday, September 27th, join Amanda Amabile and Sarah Michalowski for ‘Holding the World Within: Using The Mat As Sanctuary to Hold Space for Compassion in Action’. This Karma Yoga community workshop is designed for anyone navigating uncertain times and seeking a compassionate path forward.
Through a community sharing circle, trauma-informed yoga, guided journaling, and deep rest with sound healing, we will explore how tending to your own nervous system directly connects to social responsibility.
Participants are invited to bring a meaningful object for our group altar. If you need a safe space to find refuge, connect with others, and simply breathe, we would love to have you.
