Calling all high school aerialists! ๐ชโจ
Coach Nadia (.s) is leading a new High School Aerial Level 1/2 class for teens who are brand new to aerial or still building their foundational skills.
Over this 10-week session, students will explore four apparatuses:
โจ Silks
โจ Sling
โจ Lyra
โจ Trapeze
Students will build strength, confidence, coordination, and body awareness while working on foundational skills like climbs, poses, transitions, inversions, and beginner sequencesโall with progressions tailored to their experience level.
Unlike our semester-long youth classes, this class follows our 10-week session schedule and does not include a showcase. That means more time to focus on skill development, personal progress, and simply enjoying aerial alongside other teens. ๐
No prior aerial experience required! This class is perfect for beginner- to early-intermediate-level high school students looking for a supportive place to learn, grow, and fly.
Grab a partnerโor come meet one! ๐คโจ

โจ Spin conditioning on Spanish Web โจ
Coach Sarah .bae.bee (spun by Coach Kara .twine) practices spin tolerance conditioning for a bird's nest and a flag on Spanish web. These simple shapes bring the focus of the drill to the spin itself in both inverted and upright orientations, to lay a strong foundation that moves confidently through challenging spins.
Trust your intuitionโฆ ๐
Before the color is revealed: What color do you think these silks are?
Lock in your guess, then watch to see if your intuition was right. ๐จโจ
And send this to a friend before they see the answerโwe need to know whose aerial intuition is stronger. ๐ฏ
