Calling all high school aerialists! ๐ŸŽชโœจ

Coach Nadia (.s) is leading a new High School Aerial Level 1/2 class for teens who are brand new to aerial or still building their foundational skills.

Over this 10-week session, students will explore four apparatuses:
โœจ Silks
โœจ Sling
โœจ Lyra
โœจ Trapeze

Students will build strength, confidence, coordination, and body awareness while working on foundational skills like climbs, poses, transitions, inversions, and beginner sequencesโ€”all with progressions tailored to their experience level.

Unlike our semester-long youth classes, this class follows our 10-week session schedule and does not include a showcase. That means more time to focus on skill development, personal progress, and simply enjoying aerial alongside other teens. ๐Ÿ’™

No prior aerial experience required! This class is perfect for beginner- to early-intermediate-level high school students looking for a supportive place to learn, grow, and fly.

Grab a partnerโ€”or come meet one! ๐Ÿคโœจ

Join Coaches Kimberly () and Wil (.the_circus_warrior) for a special Partner Acrobatics Workshop on Saturday, September 12 at 3 PM at our Denver studio!

Inspired by the kind of partnered movement you might see on Dancing with the Stars, this workshop will explore:
โœจ Partner lifts
โœจ Counterbalances
โœจ Supported transitions
โœจ Connection, control + communication

Kimberly and Wil will break down safe technique, spotting, and progressions so students can build confidence working with another personโ€”whether itโ€™s your first time trying partner acro or youโ€™re looking to add more partnered movement to your training.

No prior experience or partner required! Come with someone you know or sign up solo and weโ€™ll pair you with other participants during the workshop.

โœจ Spin conditioning on Spanish Web โœจ

Coach Sarah .bae.bee (spun by Coach Kara .twine) practices spin tolerance conditioning for a bird's nest and a flag on Spanish web. These simple shapes bring the focus of the drill to the spin itself in both inverted and upright orientations, to lay a strong foundation that moves confidently through challenging spins.

Trust your intuitionโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ‘€

Before the color is revealed: What color do you think these silks are?

Lock in your guess, then watch to see if your intuition was right. ๐ŸŽจโœจ

And send this to a friend before they see the answerโ€”we need to know whose aerial intuition is stronger. ๐Ÿ‘ฏ
