Things are heating up at RMFLEX this Friday. 🔥 Après Sauna | Denver Mobile Sauna and Cold Plunge Experience is popping up at RMFLEX on June 19th from 8:00 AM to noon with $15 all-you-can-sauna access.
If you joined us last year, you know why we’re excited to have them back. Members loved relaxing after their workouts, and some even stopped by just for the sauna. The wood-fired heat combined with the natural cedar aroma creates an incredibly relaxing experience that’s perfect for recovery and stress relief.

Reid is back, and this time he’s showing us one of the more interesting pieces of equipment you’ll find at RMFLEX. 💪
This custom grip strength tool has a history in the strongman and steel-bending communities, and in this video, Reid breaks down what it is, what it’s used for, and how to use it with proper form.
