☀️ Our summer group fitness class schedule is here! 💪
Coors Fitness Center members and DU students can check out our selection of yoga, cycle,barre, and kickboxing classes while campus is a little quieter this summer. 🧘
We always offer a selection of yoga classes throughout the year, taught by our amazing instructors Kelly, Allison, Kris, Clarissa, Dana, and Eileen ❤️. They’ll be back with even more classes this fall!

Have you heard about our Learn Gymnastics program? 👀
Our classes build your child’s confidence, coordination, and flexibility while providing a fun outlet for their energy!🤸
We offer Parent-Tot classes for ages 18mo - 3yrs (parent attendance required), Preschool classes for 3-5yr olds, and Girls Beginner classes for ages 5+🤸From there, intermediate and advanced classes help young gymnasts grow and hone their skills‼️

🕕 Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
🕕 Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
🕖 Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
