The purpose of this student research study is to examine the relationship between mindful communication and the perceived effects on relationship building, stress, and communication amongst clinicians.
To participate in this research, you must be a clinician (doctor, nurse, etc.).

I often psych myself out prior to or during high stakes conversations. My meditation this morning left me with the mantra above. Just enjoy the moment, the people you're talking to, the simplistic nature of conversation, listening and not always reacting.

I recently had this revelation that maybe I was inadvertently limiting my options by being narrow minded about what was possible. Once I opened up my thinking, the universe responded.

Sometimes we all need to stop what we're ruminating on and remember this. We are here for a reason. Let's live it in the present and try not to get caught up in figuring e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g out!
