This small-group series is much more than just lifting weights, it is designed to help women feel strong, confident, and capable in the gym. We’ll give you the tools to train safely & pain free, prevent injury, understand your bodies better, and build the kind of non-negotiable muscle, strength and metabolic health that truly supports women ages 30+.

Each weekly session includes client-centered coaching on the main lifts plus auxiliary work that reinforces technique and helps progress barbell strength. Come learn, lift, and be part of a supportive community of women getting stronger together.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR SHE LIFTS, ROUND 2 ✨ Registration opens June 15.

This incredible small-group series is designed to help women feel strong, confident, and capable in the gym. 

We'll give you the tools to train safely & pain-free, prevent injury, understand your bodies better, and build the kind of non-negotiable muscle, strength, and metabolic health that supports women ages 30+.

In month one, we’ll teach six foundational barbell lifts - focusing first on building solid technique, good mechanics & mastering form. In month two, we'll progress intentionally - helping you add load & gain strength under the bar confidently and safely. Each weekly session includes client-centered coaching on the main lifts plus auxiliary work that reinforces technique and helps progress barbell strength.

WHAT WE'RE WORKING IN JUNE 👇

SOUTH 〰️ Pistol Squat. Control + Stability
The ultimate test of single-leg strength, mobility, and balance. Pistol squats build lower-body strength while challenging ankle mobility, hip stability, coordination, and body awareness. The ability to control your body on one leg translates directly into everyday activities like climbing stairs, hiking, and running, as well as helping prevent falls as we age.

NORTH 〰️ KB / BB Clean. Strength + Athleticism
A full-body compound movement that trains strength, power, and coordination all at once. Cleans challenge multiple muscle groups while teaching you to generate force through the hips, stabilize through the core, and move with speed and control. It’s one of the best exercises for turning strength into athleticism.

ATHLETIC 〰️ Box Jump. Explosiveness + Power
Explosive power with a healthy dose of agility, coordination, and confidence. Box jumps train your nervous system to produce force quickly, helping improve athletic performance, reaction time, and lower-body power. They also challenge body awareness and landing mechanics, teaching you to absorb force safely and efficiently.
