Kara Chitwood Yoga

Certified Yoga Instructor Kara grew up moving, be it through volleyball, dance, gymnastics, basketball, track or any other various activities thrown her way.

It’s that early exploration of the beauty, power and grace of movement that guided Kara to receive a degree in Physical Education and Health Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her move from Wisconsin to Colorado in the summer of 2004 led her to her yoga practice.
