One of the biggest mindset shifts I try to teach my athletes is to stop going through the motions and start taking ownership of every single rep.

Don’t just shoot the ball and move on.

Ask yourself:
🏀 Was I balanced?
🏀 Did I get my feet set?
🏀 Was my follow-through consistent?
🏀 What can I adjust on the next rep?

That’s how great shooters are built—not by taking more shots, but by learning from every shot.
