Mental Game Coaching Professional As an athlete, I have over 40 years of experience participating in team and individual sports.

Professionally, I have been licensed since 2000; I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and South Dakota, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida, as well as a Mental Game Coaching Professional (MGCP). I am excited to share my experience and expertise with new and veteran athletes alike and look forward to helping you perform as a Headstrong Athlete!
