Starting July 20, 2026, Sparky’s Consulting & Tactics is offering the Fi****ms Safety Program required under Colorado Senate Bill 25-003 for individuals purchasing or transferring certain specified semiautomatic fi****ms.

Whether you already have a Colorado Parks & Wildlife Hunter Education Card or are new to fi****ms training, we offer the required course to help you meet the state’s requirements.

Are you a people-person with a spark? Do you love making visitors feel like VIPs while keeping the office running well maintained.

Sparky’s Consulting and Tactics — Denver’s go-to team for elite security, fi****ms training, and tactical excellence — is looking for a friendly, organized, and high-energy Human Resources Specialist to own our front reception area and help us recruit the best talent in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing (Super Easy Job):
- Greet clients, visitors, and potential new team members with a big smile and positive vibe (first impressions matter!)
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep our calendar on point
- Be the ultimate office multitasker: create Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, charts, and presentations for our senior team
- Help recruit, hire, and onboard awesome new people (yes — you’ll actually get to hire and build our junior admin team!)
- Keep the reception area tidy, order supplies, handle mail, and jump in wherever the front office needs you
- Set up meeting and training rooms so everything runs smoothly
- Deliver top-notch customer service while maintaining that professional (but never stuffy) Sparky’s style
In short: You’ll be the welcoming face of Sparky’s and a key player in growing our team.

Who We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED (bonus if you have office admin or secretarial training)
- 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, admin, or similar role
- Strong hiring/recruiting skills — you’re confident talking to people and spotting great candidates
- Expert-level with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook — you know your way around spreadsheets and documents)
- Comfortable with phones, copiers, scanners, and all the usual office gear
- Professional appearance, great communication skills, and a natural ability to make people feel welcome
- Must love a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same
