DARK HORSE ATHLETE FOCUS: MASON

This Athlete Focus is about Mason.

Mason is one of our young athletes who put in the work this summer for the opportunity to make an impact on his high school football season as a freshman.

Through hard work, dedication, and discipline, Mason embraced our programming and earned the results.

He gained 15 pounds of size, while his strength, speed, and agility skyrocketed.

But the biggest accomplishment?

Mason wasn’t just selected as a starter at multiple positions…

His teammates also selected him as a Team Captain.

That says a lot about the athlete he is becoming — not only physically, but as a teammate and a leader.

Way to go, Mason!

Keep grinding. Keep learning. Keep getting better.

These dedicated Mead Softball players put in the work this summer showing up to strength training 4 times a week even while playing comp ball. They definitely went the extra mile. We laughed a lot, sweat a lot and pushed each other through the tough stuff. We are sad that it has come to an end but look forward to seeing some of you that are going to continue. Horns Up!
