The Racquets for All committee is looking for volunteers to help with the assessment, tracking and distribution of the donated equipment. Most of the inventory is currently housed at the USTA Colorado/CYTF office at Gates Tennis Center in central Denver with a few auxiliary sites.

Those interested would fill one or more of the following roles:

🗣️ Communicate with individuals/organizations requesting racquets, coordinate the fulfillment of those requests and track distribution. This is the heart of the program where the impact is truly seen.

🎾 Assess the condition of racquets and coordinate regripping/restringing. Manage donation of string and grips. Many racquets just need a little refresh before they are usable.

🤝Organize the shed on an ongoing basis. Keeping things organized makes everything more efficient.

Contact [email protected] if you are able to contribute in these ways or are interested in exploring other ways you can make an impact through Racquets for All.

The countdown is on! ⏰

In just a few weeks, Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day kicks off on September 1 at 6:00 PM MT. Your generosity can go even further thanks to a dollar-for-dollar match for the first $1M raised. All other donations made through September 15 will be boosted by an incentive fund.

Every gift helps the CYTF provide scholarships, grants, and opportunities that make tennis accessible to more kids across Colorado.

Save the date and help us serve up more opportunities! 🎾

The CYTF works to make sure youth across Colorado have access to the game, no matter their background or circumstances.

Through program grants for organizations and scholarships for individual players, we help remove financial barriers so more youth can learn, play, and grow through tennis.

Tennis helps kids build resilience, reduce stress, boost self-confidence, strengthen problem-solving skills, and improve coordination, agility, and balance—all while having fun.

One of the best ways to introduce young people to the world’s healthiest sport is through PE classes and after-school programs. Interested in bringing tennis to your school or community? Contact [email protected] to host a tennis workshop for your educators!

We're still looking for on-court volunteers to help make it a smooth day. Register at https://p2p.onecause.com/26volstatesummerclassic

Doctors said she'd probably never walk or talk. Ashlee Wood endured around 20 surgeries, is missing part of her brain and is blind in one eye.
