Oh hi! Have you tried Slow and Low class yet??? Wednesdays at 7:50 PM, ALL LEVELS are welcome!
This class is a freestyle format. Missie will instruct you with characters, scenarios, movement patterns, and sexiness to be creative and find your styles. You will use the floor, the pole and transitions which are all vital for your pole game. The warm-up will consist of a sexy floor work follow along. Heels and knee pads 🔥
PS - Missie has been teaching this style of class (formerly # # #) for almost 20 years!! She is the ultimate instructor and has a gentle, sexy and fun way to help you feel confident!
