5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Danielle Anderson by Heather R - Danielle Anderson with Guild Mortgage was incredible! She truly went above and beyond to help my buyer secure a last-minute preapproval. We toured a home one evening and learned that the seller had already received an offer with a 10:00 a.m. acceptance deadline. Starting around 8:00 p.m., Danielle worked quickly and had my buyer fully preapproved by 7:00 the following morning.
She also found an incredible program for Colorado teachers that helped my buyer receive the best deal possible. Danielle knows her stuff and is kind, energetic, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable lender who will truly hustle for her clients!

People are still buying homes 🏡, but it’s getting harder to make the numbers make sense.

That’s where house hacking and multigenerational living can completely change the equation.

Instead of looking at a home as just another monthly expense, buyers are finding ways to make their home work for them. That could mean renting out a room, creating a separate living space, or buying with multiple generations under one roof.

And here’s what I find really interesting about this data 👀

These buyers aren’t just creating more value while they live there. They may also be getting more bang for their buck when it’s time to move out and turn that home into an investment.

Buy a home that works for you today AND has potential to work for you tomorrow. 🙌

What do you think? Are house hacking and multigenerational homes going to become even more popular as affordability gets tougher?

I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments 👇

Hey Realtors 👋

If you want to grow your business, define what you actually want, and make some big things happen—you’ve gotta put in the work.

This market is hard. No sugarcoating it. But people still need and deserve to become homeowners. And in a lot of ways, homes are ON SALE right now. 🏡🔥

The opportunities are there—but the word has to get out.

And that’s our job.

The people who win in this market will be the ones who set the intention, get crystal clear about their dreams and goals, and then DO THE THINGS that move them forward—even when it’s uncomfortable.

So I’m putting together a 5-week challenge for Realtors with my mentor Shayla Gifford l Sales & Mortgage Leader who are ready to stop talking about what they want and start doing the things that will get them there.

Five weeks. Intentional action. Accountability. Growth. 🚀

Who’s ready to DO THE THINGS with me? 🙋‍♀️

Most people think the mortgage relationship ends the day you get your keys.

For me, that’s when it really begins.

This week I got a notification that one of my client’s homeowners insurance policies looked like it might have lapsed because we hadn’t received an updated policy.

Instead of waiting for it to become a problem, I called my client, then reached out to her insurance company since we already had everything on file. We got it sorted out before she had to spend time wondering what happened or who she was supposed to call.

Moments like this are exactly why I love working for a company that services so many of the loans we originate.

It means I’m not just here to help you buy a house. I’m still here months and years later when something unexpected comes up. You don’t get passed from one company to another and left to figure it out on your own.

Buying a home is one day.

Taking care of homeowners is the long game, and that’s my favorite part.

If you’re looking for a lender who plans to answer the phone long after closing day, I’d love to help.
