About Somatic Soundscapes:

Somatic Soundscapes is a live-music yoga experience that holds space for somatic exploration and intuitive movement as a way to move what is ready to be released. It’s an invitation to soften the demands of the mind and move through the wisdom of the body.

A guided, experiential blend of somatic movement and live, improvised violin/viola. The core philosophy is simple and rooted in yoga philosophy: movement helps us pass through what’s held in the body—tension, emotions, the “stuck” places—while music offers a responsive container that invites presence and regulation of the nervous system.

The improvised violin will mirror the energy in the room, creating a living dialogue that invites people to soften, explore, and move what feels ready to be released.

💛No experience is needed — just an open heart and comfortable clothes.
