I doubt Netflix will be knocking down my door anytime soon but…

➡️➡️ 1 in 2.5 women over the age of 50 will break a bone from osteoporosis. Not from an accident, but from bone that got weaker⬅️⬅️

Besides nutrition, strength training is one of the top ways to keep bones strong.

➡️➡️ Strength training reduces the risk of an overuse injury by up to 50%⬅️⬅️

Especially when it comes to Achilles pain.

Imagine…
✅ Walking down stairs without having to hold the railing first thing in the morning
✅ Chasing after your dog without having to warm up
✅ Seeing a hill on your run and not dreading the pain
