β’ Goal is to achieve 8-15 reps across 4-6 sets.
β’ Pick Lower or Upper in Pod 2 and stick to it. No switching.
β’ Record volume lifted in the F45 Training App so you can track progress week after week.
β’ Rest for at least 1 minute between sets.
