Tips for success:
β€’ Goal is to achieve 8-15 reps across 4-6 sets.
β€’ Pick Lower or Upper in Pod 2 and stick to it. No switching.
β€’ Record volume lifted in the F45 Training App so you can track progress week after week.
β€’ Rest for at least 1 minute between sets.
