This week is my birthday 🎉 Yes, I’m celebrating all week not just the day of 😜

I’m 49 and not holding 😊 To age is a beautiful thing and as long as people still tell me I look younger I’m okay with it 😉😂

Someone asked me what I was taking with me into 49 and I said, “To continue to grow as a person striving to be my most authentic self.”
As you age I think you care less what others think as you become more comfortable with yourself, but I also believe you have to work on it.
In the last couple years I’ve grown comfortable with staying true to me and my beliefs and less worried about others. I have to say it’s really great 😁 It’s a definite flip from how I spent most of my life thinking.
I told my friend what I want to be remembered as more than anything after I’m gone is that I was authentic - it’s harder than you think in a world that thrives on the opposite.

So here’s to 49 and what’s to come! May it be full of lessons, growth, and the most beautiful moments ❤️
