I’m a customer service nut because I don’t like things that make my life harder (duh)….

And having someone give me mediocre or bad customer service really just makes my life harder.

At times when my social battery is thin and I’m trying to spend my money with you, I don’t want to have to lead the entire experience.

I love being a customer just as much as I love being a business owner & coach. Not because I’m picky, but because I’ve spent plenty of time on the other side of the counter and I understand what it takes to deliver a great experience.

So, while I’m generally not that hard to please as a customer, I *do* take note of everything, start to finish, when I’m doing business with you.
