👉Adult & Teen Ballet - 5:30-6:30PM

💫Learn proper alignment, barre exercises, center work, and across-the-floor combinations. This class offers a fun and encouraging space to challenge yourself, improve fitness, and experience the beauty and discipline of classical ballet.
No prior ballet experience is required

👉Stretch & Flexibility - 6:30-7:15PM

💫Wind down and restore with this gentle stretch class designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance overall mobility. Perfect after ballet, this class helps lengthen muscles and promote relaxation.

➡️ Split Squat + Weight Pass Thru + Bicep Curl (each leg)
➡️ Oblique Crunch + Weighted Punch
➡️ Jump Squat (modify by removing the air time ☺️)
