Part of being a Pilar School of C.O.I.L. is shairing our knowledge with eachother to grow our skills and programs together. This past Saturday, Mansfield Karate Shotokan was gracious enought to host a couple of our instructors and one of our junior instructors to work on coriculum for our students. Sensei Rob Burton put them through some gruling exercises that sparked some ideas for our classes. Thank you Sensei Burton for opening up your Dojo to us, and we look forward to training with you again ( After the bruses heal)
