☀️ Heat Advisory Reminder ☀️

With the hot temperatures this week, please make sure your child comes to the gym with a full water bottle. Staying hydrated is so important to help keep everyone safe, healthy, and feeling their best during practice.

The health and safety of our athletes always come first. Please take whatever precautions are best for your family during this heat advisory. If you feel it’s safest to keep your child home, we completely understand. Make-up classes are available for any missed classes during this time.

Nationals recap 😂🤸‍♀️

So our coaches and a few of the kids randomly ended up doing handstands outside a restaurant while at Nationals… because of course they did.

Only this crew would turn a quick stop into a whole gymnastics moment. People walking by were definitely confused, but we were just over there like “yeah this is normal” 😄

And of course coach Megan couldn’t resist hopping into a jump rope moment too like it was just another part of the itinerary 😂

Honestly though, this is what I love about our gym. It really feels like a family. Everyone shows up for each other, laughs together, works hard together, and somehow even the in-between moments turn into memories.

We are so grateful for every single person who’s joined our community and helps create the environment we have. It’s not just a gym—it’s a group of people who genuinely care about each other, on and off the floor ❤️

Just a quick heads-up, gymnastics families!

🤸‍♀️ Team practice will be CLOSED on Friday, July 3rd.
🎉 We’ll also be closed throughout the weekend for practices and parties.
🌟 The gym will remain CLOSED on Monday, July 6th as our staff enjoys some travel time and Fourth of July celebrations.
