17ish years ago when my friend Tracie Bower Schmitz invited me to a fusion yoga/pilates class…. I never would have guessed in a million years, that this shape would become my favorite and that one day I’d be teaching sold out classes and fire houses how to do it and like it too!

It just goes to show that you don’t always know where the path is going to lead you. And you don’t need to know either. But if you trust yourself and the universe, amazingly beautiful things will happen! And who knows you might surprise yourself along the way!
