Community yoga & dance

Even the photo has a sweaty glow after Park Yoga! There will be class on Saturday 7/4 9 to 10 AM under the big, beautiful trees at the park on the west side of City Hall on Florida Avenue. Will you join us?

June class schedule plus two special events! This Saturday 6/13 Unity in the Community Juneteenth celebration at the Sanborn Center from 10-3 - free and open to the public, we will be offering yoga for kids from 1-3pm. Then, Saturday 6/27 a limited space private event in collaboration with Rezapour Doodle Estate - it’s by invite only, but check our Lara’s page to see those sweet, adoptable pups 🐶 AND swipe to see the bat we found in a mat in class on Wednesday (the bat was safely moved outside with no human contact and placed in a planter). Busy month!

Today at Community Care themed park yoga, we explored the gifts we have to offer. The non-tangible ones. Then we searched within our communities gifts to see how our little community can meet our needs. Thank you, thank you. For showing up with what you’ve got. You are a gift 🎁
