Happy Birthday to my beautiful BFF, Mindy🥳.

Over 45 years of friendship, we’ve been through life’s highs and lows together — and somehow, no matter what, we’ve always been there for each other. That kind of friendship is rare, priceless, and one of the greatest blessings of my life.🙏

Recovery has always been part of my active life.

My first introduction to the Thera laser was back in 2014 after I hurt my hamstring playing tennis. I couldn’t walk, and within five days of Healios laser therapy, I was back walking again.

Since then, I’ve continued to use laser therapy to support recovery from injuries, muscle soreness, and the wear-and-tear that comes with staying active.

Today, I had my wrist lasered after a fall. I caught myself with my right hand — and as a pickleball player, I need that hand working well!
