Gym classes :
Monday - Friday : Hiit , small group, Amrap, etc 6am
Monday , Wed, Friday : stretch & mobility 6:30am
Monday-Thurs: Hiit,small group,Amrap,etc 4:45pm
Saturday: 1 hour class : 8-9am

Veterans, Military, First Responders, Teachers and County Workers make sure to ask about getting your discounted rate. We also have Family plans! As always first gym class is on us!

A stormy afternoon went perfect with our “Perfect Storm” workout!! The 4:45 HIIT Squad loved every minute of it!!

5 rounds for time
30 minute time cap

30 calories in the Echo Bike, Skierg, or Rower(can switch every round)
20 Dumbbell Push Presses
15 Hand Release Push Ups
12 Narrow Push Ups(Tricep Focused)

Give it a go and see if you can beat the BIG DAWG Jason Chambers!!
