How you move in the small things shows up in everything else. Here’s a quick selfcheck of some of the basics we train so your body moves better everywhere else.
• Touch your toes—without bending your knees
• Stand on one leg—steady for 20 seconds
• Shoulders in place—no winging or lifting
• Ribcage stacked—no flaring or gripping
• Lift your arms overhead—without arching your back
• Squat—without your knees collapsing in
• Rotate—without shifting your hips
• Knees forward over toes—without heels lifting (ankle mobility)
• 90/90 hips—sit tall without leaning (hip mobility)
• Pelvic tilt—control without gripping or compensating
