Mark it on your calendar! The long tradition of Shiverfest at the Lee County Speedway in Donnellson, Iowa continues, as Brian and Marcie Ga***rd returns to promote the event.

We headed to Benton County last night for the Season Championship! They only ran features and lined up by points, with the front row rolling dice for their starting spots.

We started 14th and were working our way forward, getting up to around 5th or 6th, when we popped a tire off the bead and went over Turns 3 & 4. Luckily he did NOT roll. Unfortunately, the caution never came out, so we ended up with a DNF.

Some nights are good, and some nights are crappy. That’s just racing! We’ll shake this one off and be ready for the next one.

Made the trip to Maquoketa last night for the Hawkeye 100!
Tucker picked up the heat race win and then started 7th in the feature, bringing it home with a 6th-place finish! He led a few laps and then was in 2nd before deciding he didn’t want to just follow the car in front of him. He tried a different line, which unfortunately didn’t work out and dropped him back a few spots.

All in all, it was still a good night of racing and another solid run! We’ll take it and keep pushing

This is why we made the trip to Decorah! Such a great place to work and buy a vehicle. If you are in the market make sure to stop by and see what they have to offer! I promise you won’t be disappointed! It is where I bought my truck!!!
