One of my favorite things to do is work with young athletes preparing them for natural bodybuilding shows. This is Tanishka Mrs P
She started a few months ago on the Pinnacle Nutrition System. She came to me wanting to learn more about how to prepare for a national show fit model division. Her husband, Cameron is a Personal Trainer and so I gave him the directions on what to do as far as working out and I work with her Nutrition. 🥗🐟🍎
Once a month, I make sure she’s on track with her workouts and giving her guidance on exactly what to do to prep for a show. They’re specific exercises that have to be done in a specific way to guarantee success.
Today we’re doing some leg exercises and to build her quads and inner thighs.
She did some DB Front Squats on the ball to mimic hack squats. These are great for setting the tone for a quad day.
Deficit squats with kettle bells, diagonal, lunges, leg, extensions, incline, abductions, and step ups, we also added in a bicep and a shoulder exercise to target important muscle groups, while the legs rest.
Overall, she did great and I can’t wait to see what November brings. Stay tuned to see her transformation. 💪🏾
