Thirty-Thrive 💛

Not because of the number… but because of everything it represents.

This year wasn’t about chasing the next thing. It was about looking around and realizing I was already standing in so many of the prayers I once cried about.

I prayed for a love that felt like home, and somehow I fell in love with my best friend.

I prayed for a home to grow my family, and I now have that.

I prayed for the courage to build something bigger than myself, and now my fitness studio is becoming a reality.

I prayed for a fresh start in a new (back to Decatur) city, and here I am… living the life I used to imagine.

Somewhere along the way, my definition of happiness changed.

The loud nights became intimate dinners around a table.

A crowded room became a small circle of people who know my heart.

Mornings with coffee, sunshine pouring through the windows, quiet time in my Bible, family dinners, random phone calls, and photos that freeze moments I’ll never get back… those became the things I treasure most.

I’ve learned that growing up isn’t losing the magic—it’s finding it in places you never noticed before.

This birthday reminded me just how deeply loved I am.

Every text.
Every phone call.
Every mile someone traveled.
Every surprise.
Every thoughtful gift.
Every hug.
Every person who made time for me.

Some couldn’t be there physically, but distance has never measured the value of a friendship. The people who have loved me through every season will always hold a special place in my heart.

To my family and friends—thank you for reminding me that the greatest wealth I’ll ever have isn’t what I own… it’s who I get to do life with.

This is exactly what I prayed for.

Here’s to thirty-five.
To gratitude over perfection.
To peace over proving.
To choosing the little moments.
To celebrating every answered prayer.

Every little detail has been ordered, every box checked, and now comes my favorite part—bringing this dream to life.

This journey hasn’t always gone according to plan. Life has a funny way of reminding us that the best things take time, and while there have been delays and unexpected bumps along the way, I truly appreciate every single one of you who has been patient, encouraging, and cheering me on from the sidelines.

I’m pouring my whole heart into creating more than just a fitness studio. I’m creating a space where women can walk in feeling supported, challenged, confident, and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived. A place that feels like home.

I’m a perfectionist, so every little detail matters to me. I want this space to be everything I’ve envisioned—and everything you deserve. We’re getting so close, and I promise it’ll be worth the wait.

The countdown is officially on… and I can’t wait to welcome you through these doors at, STUDIO A1 💛✨
