Martial application is one use of Taijiquan, but not its final goal.
The highest level of boxing skill lies in grasping principle and cultivating spirit.
To be able to apply technique without harming others, to engage without anger, this is the highest level.
Taijiquan is not just about striking others, but about self-cultivation, moral clarity, and realizing the Way.

A great method, especially effective for respiratory issues and illnesses. Visit us to discover more. https://taichi4lifecoop.org

Hello friends! With all the rain we have been having, water and how it always finds a way keeps coming to mind. In Tai Chi and Qigong, if something isn’t working for you, know that, like water, there is always another approach. Maybe it's slowing down, making the movement a little smaller, or simply looking at it from a different angle. Progress doesn't always come from pushing harder—sometimes it comes from finding a smoother path :-)
We look forward to practicing with you this week!

Hello friends! We hope everyone had a happy Fourth of July! Holidays have a way of changing our routines, and that's okay.
