The Mommy & Me Dance Class is designed to foster a meaningful bond between parent and child while building confidence, independence, and a love of movement. Through engaging music and age-appropriate dance activities, students will develop foundational dance skills while learning to follow directions, take turns, and strengthen gross motor skills. Adults are encouraged to actively participate throughout each class by providing support, encouragement, and gentle redirection as their tiny dancers explore movement in a fun and positive environment.
