Dear OCOD Members and Exhibitors

Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Scent Work Trials scheduled for this weekend.

With the air-conditioning issues at the club, and no certainty that the system will be fully operational in time, we simply cannot risk the possibility of having dogs, exhibitors, judges, and volunteers in the building in the heat for an extended period of time. The safety and comfort of everyone involved has to come first.

I especially want to thank everyone who volunteered and has already given their time and effort to help prepare for the trials. A lot of work goes into making these weekends happen, and we truly appreciate everyone who was willing to pitch in and help.

We are very disappointed that we won’t be able to hold the trials this weekend, but we look forward to welcoming everyone back for our next Scent Work Trials in April.

Thank you for your understanding and for all you do to support our club and our Scent Work program.
