Ok Camping Family and Friends,
Time to start thinking about Camp Site Reservations for Biketoberfest!!

Reservation Page will Open on August 5th.

And NEW THIS YEAR-

Y’all been asking about this, so we are going to once again offer a $50 Orange Site with a Tent and 2 Twin Air Mattress all set up and ready for you to move right in for an Additional Fee of $25.00 per Site- For a Total of $75 per Night.

We are going to (at this time) Limit the amount of Sites + Tent/Air Mattress to a Total of 5.

They will be Reserved on a First Come First Served Basis.

We are going to Set These Tents up on the Corner/Back Edge of the Site to allow you room for your Bikes, Friends With Their Own Supplied Tent, or Whatever.

I have included a Video showing these New Tents and where they will be setup on the Site.

19-20-21 and 38- 39

It breaks my heart to announce the Passing of Club Member Charlotte Reed after a sudden and swift battle of a Rare and Aggressive form of Cancer.

Charlotte was a Well Loved Active Member of the 200 Club for well over 20 years. Her Smile and Laughter was always present even when she wasn’t feeling good.

We all will miss her.

After a Private Ceremony with the Family, there will be a Celebration of Life held for her at the Clubhouse in September. Details will be announced as that time gets closer.

Please keep Joe and her Family in your prayers during this time.
