The Dirty Gym is an American Barbell Club -- it is not a Commercial Gym, it is not a Fitness Center. Regardless of your experience level, we are here to help and no one is more qualified. We have one goal: Make you Stronger, Fitter, Faster and Better than when you came in. Whether you are a weekend warrior, Division one hopeful, competitive athlete, or just trying to stay out of a retirement home, we are your gym. PROVE IT AT THE STRONG ARM CLASSIC ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2026!

This open arm-wrestling tournament features men’s right- and left-hand competition across six weight classes, plus a women’s tournament with divisions to be announced. Supermatches start at 1:00 PM, followed immediately by tournament action.

Entry is $35 per hand, with custom awards for first place finishers. Friday and Saturday weigh-ins are available.

Don’t mistake the strap for “oh their hands must be sweaty.”

Knowing how to set it, load into it, and use that connection can completely change a match.
If you’re competing, you need to be comfortable both inside and outside the strap.

Once that buckle gets tightened…

Arm wrestling looks simple.

Two people. One table. Put the other person’s hand down.

But the difference between pulling hard and actually knowing how to arm wrestle is in the fundamentals.

Hand control, Cup, Rise, Pronation, Supination, Back pressure.

None of it is flashy. All of it matters.

Learn how to create leverage.

Learn how to use your whole body.

Learn where you’re strong..and how to take your opponent somewhere they’re not.

The strongest arm doesn’t always win, the better position usually does.
