⭐️ We were so honored to have this fun, strong group of high school volleyball players out for a Team Bonding Experience last weekend! 🏐

These student athletes had a great time, stayed focused on cues to do SUP Yoga & were positive + supportive of each other. It was beautiful energy to work with!

🌿We were so happy to collaborate with amazing sound healer Wendy Bird last night!

The full moon energy could be felt with beautiful sunset streaks + a rare, huge, white snowy egret visited us when we showed up to prepare for our 12 paddlers!

We received the deepest, heartfelt feedback on this experience!

If you give our expert instructor the opportunity to work with your body and goals on the paddleboard, we can pretty much always support & cue you properly to get there. 🏄
