This Labor Day, we aren’t just showing up to work out—we’re showing up to remember. 🇺🇸

Tomorrow, we take on the Hero WOD “Holleyman” in honor of Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman, a Green Beret and Special Forces medic who gave his life serving our nation during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Every round is an opportunity to remember his courage, sacrifice, and devotion to his team. Come ready to work hard, encourage one another, and honor a true American hero.

Never forgotten. De Oppresso Liber. 🐺🇺🇸

Bio:
SSG Aaron N. Holleyman

Staff Sergeant Aaron N. Holleyman was a U.S. Army Special Forces medical sergeant assigned to 1st Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He began his Army career as an infantryman in 1996, served with the 82nd Airborne Division, and later earned his Green Beret.

SSG Holleyman deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and participated in more than 100 combat missions. On August 30, 2004, he was killed in action near Khutayiah, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device struck his vehicle. His awards included the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, Combat Medical Badge, Expert Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge, and Special Forces Tab. He was a father of three.

This Oklahoma summer has been BRUTAL, and with school starting back and schedules getting crazy, it would’ve been easy to make excuses. These athletes chose to SHOW UP anyway! 💪☀️

Huge shoutout to our 15 members who hit 15+ classes, including 5 who crushed 18+! That’s discipline, consistency, and commitment.

Hot days. Busy schedules. Same work ethic. Proud of this Pack! 🐺🔥
