Don't be Misled!
Many usually say fats are bad for you. However, fats aren't all that bad. There are two primary types of fat, unsaturated fats and saturated fats. Unsaturated fats are much healthier and can be found in foods like avocados, almonds, sardines, and salmon; they help maintain your body's cells as well as improve your cholesterol. Saturated fats are the unhealthier fats you want to avoid to prevent build up in your body. Some examples of saturated fats are the fat in fatty meat products, cream, ghee, and palm oil. Aerobic Exercise
