Fitness Center Pure Muscle's staff is dedicated to helping you become more educated about fitness and nutrition.

Our staff will ASSESS you (using the functional movement screen to see what you can/can't do) and find any limitations that may arise.
2. Pure Muscle will EVALUATE your current level of fitness (using Performance Tests) and use these to gauge your progress.
