You didn't think we were gone for good did you?

Nah, I told you, we're not giving up, we've got this. So, transition week #1 is off to a great start!

This week you've got ONLINE class options at 5:30 AM Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Coach EmmaLee and Coach Sam.

You can also take advantage of the PROGRAMMING ONLY membership, where you get access to workouts with warm-ups, modifications, and videos 6 days a week.

Try this one out as a drop in, for just a week, or 4 weeks at a time for a great discount (less than $20/week!).

See you back for in-person classes in August! More info to come.

What can we say? It is our final week at this location. The memories have been many and life changing. We are forever grateful for your support and dedication. This is a hard week.

Remember, though, we aren't gone for good. Follow us and make sure to get on our email list so you can stay up to date on all the pop ups, events, and classes offered.

We can do hard things. We've been training for hard things all along. We've got this.

We'll see you at the gym this week and remember a BBQ after the final Strength Club (11:30-12:30) will kick off around 12:30. Stop by the gym and say, "See you around".

Join us three days a week online from the relative comfort 😆 of your own home. Live Functional Fitness classes are guided by skilled coaches in a 60 minute class with warm up and instruction.

🤫You may have heard some rumors around town here and sadly they are true.

😢 We will be closing our doors on Depot St, July 4th.

🚧 We have a lot in the works, from local classes, lifting spaces, mobile training, online programming and more! Keep your eyes out.

🪄If you've been here, even once, you know the magic of this place is the community. So we're going to bottle that magic and bring it with us on the road.

💪Do not despair, we've got this. We can do hard things, especially if we stick together.

🏋️‍♀️I get asked a lot about equipment recommendations and what athletes "need" to have. My answer will always be: nothing. Truly, you don't need anything special for functional fitness, there's always a way to make it work.

BUT....some things are nice to not have to share.👀

Social media is a part of our lives now, seemingly whether we like it or not. The health and fitness realm is full of influencers and "experts" in every topic imaginable. Unfortunately, it is an easy place to take advantage of people just trying to better themselves.

How can we tell who to trust or not? There are a few dead giveaways of what to avoid:
👉If they're offering a Promo Code or discount, it's a scam.
👉If it requires up front "investments", it's a scam.
👉If it plays off your dedication to yourself with phrases like, "You have to be willing to invest in you" or "You're worth the expense", it's a scam. (These are true, but shouldn't need to be highlighted as a guilt tactic.)
👉If it is promised with a time frame. ("Lose 10 lbs in 10 days"), it's a scam.

Some good signs:
👍If it has a free trial with no payment information required, try it!
👍If you know someone who has done it successfully for longer than the intro period, try it!
👍If it's tailored to personalized goals and not generalizations, AND is focused on long term sustainability, try it!

🙌When all else fails, just remember, if it sounds too weird to be real, it probably is and if it seems too good to be true, it might be. Always double check!
