Join members of the Silvis Police Department for a cup of coffee and conversation at Moore Caffeine, located at 908 1st Ave.

There’s no agenda and no speeches—just an opportunity to stop by, enjoy some coffee, ask questions, share your thoughts, and get to know your local police officers.
