Yvonne Reis was widely regarded as a classic "anytime, anywhere" fighter who faced a who's who of world-class opponents across the middleweight, super middleweight, and welterweight divisions during her professional career from 2002 to 2012.

As Bonnie Canino, I took extensive measures to compete in the Ring and exhibit my fighting abilities to the audience in the past, as shown in this picture taken in 1992, when I was 30 years old. I displayed fearlessness. Nowadays, such actions are viewed as unnecessary to do, as seen in the picture. On that particular evening, I utilized a multifaceted strategy that encompassed not only physical strength but also mental resilience, tactical thinking, emotional control, conditioning, and intellectual sharpness to evaluate and adjust.
Today I instill those multifaceted strategies in my coaching and training to the people on who ever want to learn and become.
